This 4 week workshop is designed to get you swimsuit ready in time for summer! It incorporates a combination of exercises in Pilates mat, TRX suspension training, kickboxing, and yoga. These exercises were specifically created to isolate your glutes and abdominals. You will also be exercising your hips, thighs, back, chest, shoulders, and arms in every class session. The majority of the public becomes self-conscious when summer arrives, but after this workshop, I want you to walk away feeling more confident than ever!
