What a great way to spend the Chinese New Year by honoring its traditional food. In this hands-on cooking class, we will be making Wonton Soup, Pot Stickers, Almond Cookies and New Year Rice. Children will learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques during this class -- sauté, simmer, slice, bake and blend. All participants will be able to eat the food they make at the end of class.
