Home Sales Slow Down After Summer Rally

After a nice rally over summer, the local housing market slowed down last month with many homebuyers apparently taking a break.

In September, a total of 33 homes sold in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills combined, compared to 47 homes in August. They include 27 and 5 single-family homes in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills respectively, and one two-bedroom condo close to the village.
