Some 30 homes are open for viewing this weekend, including 18 that were placed on the market this week.

Among them is a six bedroom, six-bath house at 251 Covington Way, listed at $3,895,000 at the higher end of the spectrum, and a five-bedroom, three-bath house on 720 Los Ninos Way listed at $1,275,000.
