With the weather finally cooperating, there are 50 homes on view in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills this weekend.
Ten homes are new to market and open this weekend. These range from a $3.295 million home at 26471 Weston Drive that was built around 1949 that is five-bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths to a seven-year-old, $868,000 condo on El Camino Real that has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. You'll find pictures of five of them here.
The attached pdf contains some new features. All homes on view this weekend that were placed on the market seven days ago or less appear in brown type. Since most homes are open only Sunday, the approximately 15 homes that are open both Saturday and Sunday are highlighted in yellow.
