It's A Fun-Jammed Weekend In Los Altos: Pet Parade and Art In Park
Expect some road closures. Expect traffic delays. But don't miss the fun courtesy of the Rotary and Kiwanis!

It’s going to be a busy weekend in downtown Los Altos! The 68th Annual Kiwanis Pet Parade and Rotary’s Fine Art in the Park will be occurring in and near the downtown area. Please read on for a list of road closures associated with each event.

The Kiwanis Pet Parade will take place downtown on Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m.
The parade will begin at First and Main Streets and then travel down Main Street and up State Street. First, Second, Third and Fourth Streets will be closed beginning at 7:30 a.m. to prevent cars from entering the Parade route. The Central Parking Plazas will not be accessible due to the street closures; however access to all outer Parking Plazas will be maintained. Handicap parking will be located at Plaza South near San Antonio Road.

All streets will be reopened following the conclusion of the Parade at 11:30 a.m.
The Los Altos Rotary Fine Art in the Park will take place on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Lincoln Park, located at 199 University Avenue.
University Avenue will be closed between W Edith Avenue and Burke Road from 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15 through 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17.
Patrons should plan to park at Los Altos High School, with free shuttle service running to and from the Art Show.
