Los Altos High School Student of the Month: Lambie Lanman

Los Altos High School is proud to introduce our October Student of the month, Christopher (Lambie) Lanman. 

This outstanding young man has served as our varsity football quarterback and captain for the past three years. This year has been especially enjoyable thus far.  

Lambie has also played baseball throughout high school and has been the captain and starting pitcher of the varsity baseball team for the past two years. 

He has also been on our basketball team for the past two years. Also, he serves as the president of the Los Altos Athletic League. 

Outside of athletics, Lambie has a 4.3 GPA and has been Los Altos’ Scholar Athlete of the Year for the past three years. 

He has attended Boys State and the Junior State of America Leadership Program at Stanford. 

Lambie is also the president of the KnitTogether Project and is a member of our Concert Choir and Varsity Men’s Glee. 

Besides all these accomplishments, he has written a book and produced a documentary about the historical ecology of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Filoli Nature Preserve. 

He is, in fact, so dedicated to our school that he took his first steps during halftime while watching his brother play for our basketball team.
