Los Altos Hills Boy Is First American to Join Renowned Real Madrid’s Youth Academy
Joshua Pynadath and his family will move to Spain later this month.

Joshua Pynadath has been selected to Join Real Madrid’s youth academy, the first American chosen for the program. He received his offer following two rounds of tryouts.
The 11-year-old Los Altos Hills boy and his family will move to Spain later this month, with the academy and school starting in September.
Joshua told the Los Altos Town Crier: "I was blown away when I got the official news from Real Madrid.

"They told me that I was the first American that they have ever accepted into their academy. I told them that I would set a good example."
Joshua will play for Alevin A team and he will attend American School of Madrid.
