LuLu's Celebrates Its Opening With Flair
Lulu's on Main Street becomes the fourth of in a series of restaurants opened by Natalie Richardson and Lulu Lopez.
Natalie Richardson's fourth "fresh Mexican" restaurant in collaboration with Lourdes "Lulu" Lopez has been busy since it opened in January, and Friday was finally cause for a formal celebration and a little ribbon-cutting.
Out came the giant scissors, as Mayor Val Carpenter presided over the event, flanked by Lopez and Richardson. Then it was on to the celebration, with crisp mini-tacos, little tamales wrapped in Swiss chard, chimichangas, sopes, and of course, margaritas.
