For adults age 50+ The way you breathe affects your whole body. Breathing exercises are a good way to relax, relieve stress, and improve focus and memory. They are easy to learn and you can do them whenever you want. In this one–hour class, you will learn simple breathing and hand–gesture techniques that you can use on your own. Our instructor is Shubhangi Kulkarni, a yoga instructor who focuses on mental well–being.
