November Home Sales Report
From $3.7 million to $213,655, some 37 homes changed hands in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills. Longest number of days on market? Four-hundred twenty-three.
Local home sales remained stable last month with a total of 37 homes having changed hands in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.
These homes range from a $3.7 million+, 6,000 square-foot exquisite home in North Los Altos to a one-bedroom senior housing unit close to downtown.
All together, five homes were sold in Los Altos Hills; and 27 single-family homes and five condos/townhomes were sold in Los Alto last month.
