ā€œGiven our recent success in San Mateo, we’re excited to bring our food to Mountain View,ā€ said Smith. ā€œThere is a lot of care that goes into each dish at Paul Martin’s. This is food you feel good about eating because everything we serve is made from scratch in house. We also spend a little more for the highest quality ingredients from some of the best farms and purveyors in California.ā€

The menu will rotate seasonally with fresh produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small, best-in-class purveyors. Ā

Paul Martin’s most popular dishes include free range ā€œBrickā€ chicken with mashed potatoes and fresh herb jus, marinated skirt steak with grilled maple-bourbon sweet potatoes and arugula and its signature banana cream pie.Ā

An official "grand opening" withĀ ribbon cutting is planned forĀ early 2014, according to management.
