Pet First Aid & CPR, Los Altos, July 18th

This class for anyone cares for dogs and cats, covers the immediate care for an injured or ill pet until veterinary care is available. This program concentrates on basic first aid, including CPR. It is intended to teach the carer how to save a pet’s life during an emergency, minimize a pet’s trauma after an injury, maintain viability for life and safely transport an injured or ill pet to the veterinary clinic. The class lasts 4 hours, is very “hands on” and is very enjoyable.

* Snake Bites * Wounds * Cold & Heat Related Emergencies * Burns * Poisoning * Eye Injuries
* Cardiac & Respiratory Emergencies

The Pet First Aid & CPR class is taught by Peter Pay of Need to Know Training, he teaches Pet First Aid & CPR classes for a number of organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay area.
