Dead Body Found Off I-280/Hwy101 Deemed 'Suspicious'
Autopsy results are pending from the Santa Clara County coroner.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA – San Jose police said today they are treating the discovery of a man's body off of U.S. Highway 101 near Interstate Highway 280 late last week as a suspicious death.
The man has been identified as 41-year-old Alejandro Sacarias, who was homeless, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office.
Officers responded to a report of a dead body in the area of northbound Highway 101 at the connector to northbound Highway 280 at about 12:10 a.m. Friday, police said.

Arriving officers found the body and called for medical examiner's office personnel, who found injuries on Sacarias that possibly stemmed from a homicide, police said. Homicide and crime scene investigators also responded to the area and are looking into circumstances surrounding the death, according to police.
Investigators are still waiting for autopsy results from the medical examiner's office, police said.
