Second Harvest Food Bank Drive Underway In Los Altos Through Yearend

Drop donations off at Bridgepoint on Los Altos Avenue!

This holiday season, BridgePoint at Los Altos has set a goal to collect 500 lbs. of food to benefit The Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.

Donors are encouraged to drop off non-perishable food items at food barrels around the community Monday-Sunday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Donations will be accepted through Wednesday, Dec. 31 before they are delivered to Second Harvest to be donated to individuals in need.

As part of BridgePoint at Los Altos’ ongoing community initiatives, it is collecting food for Second Harvest for the 4th consecutive year.

BridgePoint at Los Altos’ Wellness Director Alexsander Gerasimov says, “Second Harvest has provided millions of pounds of nutritious food to people within our local community. BridgePoint at Los Altos is proud to be a part of this initiative that makes such a difference in the lives of our neighbors.”

In addition to collecting food, BridgePoint at Los Altos is also raising money with a goal to $500 to donate to Second Harvest.
