    Trenton Lawrence, 20, of Sunnyvale, July 27, 7:30 p.m., at
Homestead Road and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for felony
possession of controlled substance, possession of drugs and alcohol in
prison/jail, misdemeanor using/being under the influence of controlled
substance. Bail set at $40,000.
    Ismael Garcia, 43, of Gilroy, July 29, 11:45 p.m., at Gilman and
Camino Arroyo in Gilroy, for misdemeanor of use/under the influence of a
controlled substance, trespassing.

    John Greenleaf, 53, of Saratoga, July 27, 9:12 p.m., on Orchard
Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor of DUI and driving while license
suspended for revocation. Bail set at $6,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

    Sergio Reyes, 29, of Redwood City, June 15, 4:44 p.m., at Natoma
and Simon in Los Altos Hills, for misdemeanor suspended license.

Operation of Watercraft While Under the Influence

    Jeremiah Ponce, 26, of Morgan Hill, July 29, 6:30 p.m., at 18298
Coyote Rd. in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor no wake zone, operate
vessel/etc while under the influence, use watercraft while under the

Petty Theft
