• Michelle Beemer, 28, of Saratoga, Aug. 29, 10:10 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for infraction related to unsafe starting and stopping. Bail set at $25,000.
• Kyle Kane, 21, of Los Altos, Aug. 30, 1:40 p.m., at 10470 Bandley, Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, felony giving/selling/transporting 28.5 grams or one ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana/hash for sale. Bail set at $21,000.
• Ah Lee, 22, of San Diego, Aug. 30, 4 p.m. at Valley Green and Berkdon in Cupertino, for misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Hit-And-Run

• Johnathan Hanlin, 21, of San Jose, March 10, 3 p.m., at Herriman Avenue and Beaumont in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
• Sally Cornejo, 73, of Campbell, Aug. 30, 10:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Drug Trafficking

• Christopher Da Silva, 32, of Pleasant Hill, Aug. 29, 9:50 a.m., at Contra Costa County Jail, for felony transporting, selling, furnishing a controlled substance.

Burglary

• Teresa Asher, 49, of Cupertino, Aug. 29, 9:54 a.m., at Siskyou County Jail via Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center, for felony first-degree burglary and theft or unauthorized use of vehicle.
• Mary Herrera, 45, of Gilroy, Aug. 30, 10:15 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for felony second-degree burglary. Bail set at $25,000.

Under the Influence

• Mariela Zepeda, 30, of Gilroy, Aug. 29, 10:40 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Denise Venegas, 45, of San Jose, Aug. 29, 3:30 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $25,000.

Battery/False Imprisonment

• Travis Barrios, 22, of Hollister, Aug. 29, 1:40 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance and false imprisonment.

Child Abuse

• Elizabeth Rhoads, 47, of Sunnyvale, Aug. 29, 3:15 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor child endangerment involving unjust pain/suffering, inflicting corporal injury on child and threatening to commit crime resulting in death. Bail set at $100,000.

DUI

• Richard Gee, 25, of Cupertino, Aug. 30, 1:40 a.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stern, for DUI. Bail set at $10,000.
• Romano Demetrio, 44, of Gilroy, Aug. 30, 9:50 a.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor driving when license is suspended or revoked and felony DUI.
• Megan West, 26, of San Martin, Aug. 30, 10:10 a.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor DUI.
• Isael Bautista, 25, of Mountain View, Aug. 30, 9:40 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor hit-and-run, suspended license, DUI and driving under the influence. Bail set at $50,000.
• Felipe Vallejo, 37, of Hollister, Aug. 30, 1:45 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for DUI.

Possession

• Tavaris Perkins, 37, of Palo Alto, Aug. 30, 10 a.m., at the Santa Rita County Jail, for felony possession of cocaine base for sale. Bail set at $40,000.
• Joshua Mackall, 20, of Belmont, Aug. 30, 10:40 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor possession of concentrated cannabis, carrying a loaded firearm on the person or in a vehicle while in a public place that's prohibited and felony giving/selling/transporting 28.5 grams, or one ounce of marijuana. 
• Brandon Groover, 36, of San Jose, Aug. 30, 3:30 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Assault

• Cesar Contreras, 22, of Mountain View, Aug. 30, 10 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail set at $10,000.
