TRAFFIC ADVISORY: New Year's Day Fun Run Downtown Los Altos

From the Los Altos Police Department:

The City of Los Altos Recreation and Community Services Department will host the Annual New Year’s Day Fun Run on Thursday, January 1, 2015 in downtown Los Altos.

Several streets in the downtown area will be closed for the event between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

No Parking signs will be posted on Tuesday, December 30 along the Fun Run route:

- Entire length of Main Street

- Entire length of State Street

- Second Street between State Street and Whitney Street

- Whitney Street between Second Street and Third Street

- Third Street between State Street and Whitney Street

The New Year’s Day Fun Run is free for participants and all ages are welcome to attend. No pre-registration is required. The race begins at 9:00 a.m. at the corner of Main and State Streets and will be held rain or shine!

Note: Dogs must be on a leash, and please, no bikes.
