zpizza Opens First South Bay Eatery in Sunnyvale; $1 Slices on Monday!

zpizza, the first artisan-inspired pizza chain that has appealed to foodies for more than 25 years, today announced the debut of a new South Bay location at 1190 N. Fair Oaks Ave. in Sunnyvale.

Residents are also invited to celebrate the opening of the new store with $1 slices offered all day on Monday, Nov. 17.

Ideal for families who want convenient, tasty and nutritious choices, the Sunnyvale eatery will serve zpizza’s signature artisan brick oven baked pizzas made with premium ingredients, including fresh produce, award-winning skim mozzarella, certified organic tomato sauce and non-GMO flour. Other trademark menu items will include zpizza rustica flatbreads, salads, pastas, shareables and Take N Bake pizzas.

“As a long-time pizza lover, I wanted to open a restaurant that held to a higher standard for pizza,” said Sankaran Ganesan, owner of zpizza Sunnyvale. “I’m thrilled to bring zpizza to Sunnyvale and introduce the community to our fresh, top-notch ingredients and quality food.”

Ganesan is also the founder and president of a tech company based in San Jose.

Like all zpizza locations, Sunnyvale offers the choice of delivery, dine-in, take-out and catering, in addition to an easy online ordering system so patrons can customize orders with ease from the comfort of their homes.
