80-Person Choir and Orchestra to Perform in Los Gatos

Friday, December 14, 7:00 pm

An eighty member choir and orchestra will be performing here in Los Gatos, next Friday, December 14, at 7 pm, for the first annual Christmas Traditions - a musical experience. It is a special treat to have The William Jessup Choir and Orchestra come to Los Gatos! Under the direction of Tom Ruscica, The William Jessup University Choir & Orchestra perform the best of choral literature to audiences all over. Each year the group records a full length album and performs at a variety of venues.

This large-scale group delivers a dynamic and powerful concert experience and are being hosted by Connecting Neighbors, an organization that ". . . inspires ordinary people to embrace a lifestyle of kindness within our cities and with our neighbors." Calvary Los Gatos has kindly offered the use of their facilities for this special event. There will be music from many genres performed, homemade cookies to snack on, and the evening will culminate with a majestic candle lighting.

John and Carol Christian founded Connecting Neighbors with the sole purpose to create events and opportunities for neighbors to meet neighbors. Our communities are all healthier when we are connected and know one another! The Silicon Valley is rich with a variety of cultures and backgrounds, but it can sometimes be difficult to connect with others. The purpose of Christmas Traditions is simply to gather our community to enjoy an evening together. What can be better than that?
