Thirsty? It's only May, but feels like summer!

Try this refreshing low-caffeine iced tea! It's a recipe created and tested by Lankha Wallace, a friend of mine with discerning taste buds : )

Iced Egyptian Lemon Jasmine Green Tea
Ingredients:
• one tea bag, lemon-jasmine green tea (or lemon and jasmine tea)
• one tea bag, Egyptian mint green tea (or plain mint tea)
• boiling water
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 2 lemons
• one handful of mint

Directions:
Place the two tea bags in a mug.
Add one mugful of boiling water, and steep until flavor is acceptable.
Add sugar.
Add 5 handfuls of ice cubes into a pitcher.
Pour sweetened hot tea onto the ice.

While the tea cools...
• Place mint leaves on the cut surface of the lemons.
• Press this surface against the ridged lemon squeezer, thus crushing the mint at the same time extracting the lemon juice.
• Add the mint-scented lemon juice to the cooled tea.

Enjoy!
