Mondays

Martial Arts:Focusing on a mix of tae kwon do and karate, as well as the core values of respect and responsibility.

Wednesdays

YogaKids: Yoga poses and techniques taught through storytelling, props, and imagination.

Lego League: Kids will face real-world engineering challenges by building Lego-based robotics.

Thursdays

Circus: Floor gymnastics and circus arts including plate spinning, juggling, tumbling, low-wire tightrope, ball walking, ropes and silks, and more.

Tinkering: Kids will learn how things work, build new artifacts, and explore science and engineering concepts.

Jr Lego League: Exploring real-world challenges in science, math, and the arts through research, critical thinking and imagination.

Fridays

Bizzy Bodies: Fitness for kids using unique equipment and many different sports, movement, and imagination activities, obstacle course, tumbling, balance beam work, hula hoops, aerobics, and more.
