Arrest Made After Police Investigate Suspicious Death

Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police have someone in custody at a hospital following a suspicious death at a home on Saturday, a police sergeant said Monday.

Officers responded at 10:27 a.m. Saturday to a suspicious death call at a residence, police Sgt. JR Langer said.

Langer declined to provide the location of the call but a resident nearby said Dover Court was closed for several hours Saturday for a police investigation.

The officers arrived to find one person dead at the home and one with critical injuries, Langer said. The person was taken to a hospital and is under arrest, he said.

Langer did not release more details about the case but said more information may be released on Tuesday.
