Bank Robbery Suspect May Be Linked To South Bay Heists: Police
A man who tried to rob a bank Friday morning in San Ramon may be linked to similar incidents in Mountain View and beyond, police said.
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — A man who police believe was involved in a Mountain View bank robbery attempt tried to rob two more banks in San Ramon Friday morning, police said.
The San Ramon Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the man, who is also suspected of robbing banks in Danville and Mountain View.
Police said they have linked the man to a black BMW or Mercedes sedan.

Anyone who can help identify the man or saw him in the area of Crow Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Place around 11 a.m. is asked to email San Ramon Police Department Detective Ryan at myran@sanramon.ca.gov or call him at 925-973-2724.
