Please join our cancer care supportive yoga staff for an afternoon of therapeutic yoga, soulful music, inspirational readings and hands on healing. This workshop will be a creative combination of gentle and restorative yoga coupled with guided meditation and deep relaxation techniques to the background of beautiful nature sounds and peaceful instruments. Be nutured, be calmed, be soothed. Perfect for anyone with cancer or any other life threatening illness, cancer survivors, or their support team of caregivers, families and loved ones.

All proceeds will go to The Stanford Cancer Supportive Care Program at Stanford Health Care. No experience required. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, eye pillow and bottle of water.
