Car Theft Suspect Arrested In Los Gatos: Police

LOS GATOS, CA — One person was arrested after officers found a stolen vehicle in Los Gatos Monday morning, police said.

Police found the vehicle in the parking lot of the Jack in the Box at 5:43 a.m. Monday with a driver inside. Police took the driver into custody and charged them with possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, and committing a felony while out on bail.

The driver had a screwdriver which they were using to operate the vehicle, police said.

Police did not release the person's name.
