This 6 Week Parent/Child Program meets on Thursday afternoons from 3:30-5:00 p.m. You will learn:
- to make movement FUN for the whole family. We'll spend 30-45 minutes engaged in exercise activities the whole family can enjoy.
- to whip up some tasty, but healthy snacks. Making small healthy changes can result in a big nutrition payoff. We'll spend 45-60 minutes creating a delicious snack and talking about making good food choices.
- We will send you home with recipes because you are going to want to make more!!
