"Dine with the Winemaker" is one of Viva's most popular events! Every Tuesday night Jerry Starr, known as 'the Wine Guy', brings in a local winemaker to showcase their wines. You have the option of purchasing a taste, glass or bottle of the featured wine as you enjoy your dinner. The winemaker and Jerry stroll around and answer any questions you might have about the wine or winemaking process. This is a great opportunity to taste the fantastic wealth of wines in our own area.
There will also be a drawing every Tuesday evening. Every person who orders a Tuesday wine event full flight (taste of all the wines featured) will have a chance to win a $25 Viva! Los Gatos gift certificate. The winner of each Tuesday wine event drawing will be eligible for the Grand Prize: an overnight stay at a Napa or Sonoma winery, including credit towards a dinner for 2.
