Famous Los Gatos Chef David Kinch of Manresa to Debut First Cookbook Tonight

Private event Monday evening will unveil Chef David Kinch's first cookbook, 'Manresa, An Edible Reflection.'

Renowned Los Gatos Chef David Kinch is hosting a book launch party at 6 p.m. tonight Monday, Oct. 21 at his acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant Manresa, 320 Village Lane.

His first cookbook, titled Manresa, An Edible Reflection, will be discussed and shared with Bay Area foodies and fans of Chef David and his popular eatery.

The celebration will include a first taste of recipes from the cookbook, according to the invitation.

The cookbook has been highly anticipated by farm-to-table gastronomists.

The book was selling on Kindle for $18.99 and $30 hardcover on Amazon.com.
