Firefighters Responding to 2-Alarm Kitchen Fire

Firefighters are responding to a two-alarm fire south of Los Gatos on Monday afternoon, a Santa Clara County fire dispatcher said.

Crews responded to a report of a kitchen fire in the 17000 block of Cherokee Trail around 3:30 p.m., the dispatcher said.

The smoke is visible from state Highway 17, according to fire officials.

The dispatcher did not have any information on possible injuries. No further details about the fire were immediately available.
