At its December 1, 2020 meeting, the Town Council will consider a settlement agreement with SummerHill Homes.

SummerHill Homes filed a $5 M claim with the Town and agreed to settle the matter with modifications to the conditions of approval for the Phase 1 North 40 development. The modifications retain the underground parking garage and all other features of the previously approved project. The condition changes affect the timing of off-site improvements and the construction of Market Hall and the associated Senior Affordable Housing. The Council agenda and report will be available on Wednesday evening November 25, 2020 on the Town website.
