Los Gatos To Hold Neighborhood Traffic Calming Meeting

LOS GATOS, CA — Los Gatos will hold a virtual staff meeting Wednesday in response to a petition from residents of the Shannon Road neighborhood to explore traffic calming measures.
Neighborhood residents are encouraged to join the 6 p.m. Zoom meeting, which is being held at the request of the Parks & Public Works Department.
Of particular concern to neighborhood residents is speeding on Shannon Road between Los Gatos Blvd. and Short Road.

Staff will review the Town’s Neighborhood Traffic Calming Policy and process traffic data.
It will also review potential options and future street projects on Shannon and collect feedback from participants.
