Los Gatos Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash In Santa Cruz County
The man's identity has not been released yet by Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — A Los Gatos man was killed in single-vehicle collision near the county line between Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties on Wednesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The 18-year-old was speeding east at around 6:15 p.m. on Summit Road near Timmus Lane when he lost control of his 1968 Chevrolet and struck a tree, according to the CHP.
After hitting the tree, the Chevrolet continued up a private driveway and hit a metal gate and wooden fence.

The car then overturned and caught on fire, and the driver died at the scene.
The driver's identity has not been released yet by Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office.
