Farley/Flintridge

Arrest: 20 year old female, resident of Felton

Charges: Outside warrant

Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects walking through the neighborhood looking at homes. Upon their arrival, officers contacted a male and female who advised that they were on a walk while their vehicle was being serviced. The female was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was cited and released.

100-blk Belhaven
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject going door to door asking for assistance. Officers contacted the subject and determined that he was on active probation and post-community release. He was interviewed and driven to San Jose at his request.

Arrest: 36 year old female, resident of Georgia
Charges: Soliciting without a permit
Officers responded to a report of a subject going door to door selling magazines and children’s books. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the subject did not have a Town Permit. She was also found to have an active out of state warrant that the originating agency declined to extradite on. She was cited and released.

15800-blk Los Gatos Boulevard
Arrest: 61 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Shoplifting, outstanding warrant
An on-duty detective on-viewed a subject steal a bottle of liquor from a local merchant. The subject was also found to have an active warrant. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

700-blk Bicknell
Officers responded to a residential burglary. Unknown suspects made entry via rear door smash.

15500-blk Union
Officers conducting routine patrol located and recovered a previously reported stolen vehicle.

Arrest: 55 year old female, transient
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers responded to the Library on the report of a female causing a disturbance and bothering patrons. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the involved female had an active warrant. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

200-blk Mistletoe
Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of San Jose; 17 year old male juvenile
Charges: Drunk in public

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon their arrival, it was determined that one of the occupants was unable to care for his own safety. A juvenile was also found to be in possession of alcohol. The adult was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The juvenile was cited and released.

100-blk Sierra Azule
Arrest: 22 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of narcotics

Officers responded to a report of a female who approached a resident and asked to use the telephone. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the female was in possession of cocaine. She was cited and released.

Knowles/Winchester
Arrest: 22 year old male, resident of San Jose; 21 year old male, resident of San Diego
Charges: Possession of heroin for sales, possession of paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance, DU, outstanding warrant

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver was under the influence. After further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin for sales. The passenger was found to have an outstanding warrant. During a search of the vehicle, officers located numerous items of stolen property – including baby formula, checkbooks, and a laptop. The driver was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The passenger was cited and released per the request of the agency holding the warrant.
