15400 blk Los Gatos Blvd
Arrest: 54 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public, vandalism
Officers responded to a report of a subject who had caused damage to the doors of a business upon discovering the business was closed. Upon contact, it was determined that the subject was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Blossom Hill/Union
Arrest: 40 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver displayed the objective signs and symptoms of intoxications. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

7/13/2016 1330 hours
17000-blk Eaton
Officers responded to a reported suspicious vehicle and determined that the vehicle had been stolen in Los Altos.

7/13/2016 1415 hours
400-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave
Arrest: 22 year old male, resident of Saratoga; 19 year old male, resident of San Jose; 20 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Robbery
Officers responded to a reported robbery that had just occurred. The victim was confronted by three known suspects who stole his backpack and cell phone. One of the suspects brandished a knife during the robbery. All three suspects were arrested and transported to Main Jail. Additionally, the suspects were found to be in possession of stolen property (alcohol) from a nearby business.

40-blk E. Main
Officers responded to a non-injury traffic collision involving two vehicles. Vehicle #1 collided with another vehicle that was attempting to parallel park. A last minute attempt to swerve caused vehicle #1 to overturn.

A vehicle that had previously been reported stolen on Sierra Azule was recovered.

7/15/2016 0040 hours
100-blk Regent
Arrest: 26 year old female, resident of San Jose; 35 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of false identification, under the influence of a controlled substance, violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducting routine patrol located a suspicious vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the female was in possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence. A male subject was found to be in possession of a fraudulent identification card. A search of the vehicle yielded multiple syringes, narcotics, and evidence of identity theft. The female subject was arrested and transported to Main Jail; the male was cited and released.

Lark/Charter Oaks
Officers responded to an auto burglary. The victim vehicle’s window was smashed and personal items were taken.

Arrest: 26 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects who had locked themselves in the restroom of a business. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the subject was in possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
