The South Bay city’s Old Town and downtown areas have been teeming with restaurant customers as local businesses have adapted to a world turned upside down, The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Steamer’s, the Wine Cellar, Southern Kitchen, Billy’s Boston Chowder House and SideCar Modern Tavern are among the restaurants that are serving up meals outdoors according to the report.
