Los Gatos Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

Forget the dishes and the leftovers and eat a succulent Turkey Day dinner at these fine eating establishments in town. Happy Thanksgiving!

Want to stay away from your kitchen this Thanksgiving holiday? No problem. The following restaurants are offering succulent dinner service on Thursday, Nov. 28.

THREE DEGREES RESTAURANT, 140 South Santa Cruz Ave., will offer a Thanksgiving Day buffet 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 that includes salads, hot entrees such as roasted leg of lamb with garlic rosemary sauce, roasted mashed potatoes and sausage and sage cornbread stuffing. Desserts include pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake. There will also be a carving station with roasted turkey, cranberry relish, gravy and prime rib. For those wanting seafood, the menu offers shrimp cocktail, crab legs and oysters. Adults are $49.95, children ages 6-12 are $24.95 and toddlers under 5 eat free. Reservations required. LOS GATOS LODGE, 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd., will offer a Thanksgiving Day buffet 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 that includes starters such as sliced fresh fruit and berries, New England clam chowder, salads, smoked trout, mussels, oysters, baked salmon, roasted turkey, prime rib, candied yams, baked asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, apple crisp, cheesecake, brownies and pecan tartlets. Adults are $34.99, seniors 55 and over are $30.99, children ages 5-11 are $15.99 and children under 5 are free. Reservations required. Details: 408-354-3300.

VIVA LOS GATOS, 15970 Los Gatos Blvd., will offer Thanksgiving dinner noon-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 that includes white or dark turkey meat, sage stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, yams and honey-infused potatoes, gravy and orange-cranberry sauce for $28. There is also a family style turkey dinner on the menu for parties of four and more. Adults are $32, children 12 and under are $17. Details: 408-356-4902.

CALIFORNIA CAFE, 50 University Ave., will offer one three-course Thanksgiving menu 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 that includes starters such as butternut squash and chicken tortilla soups, salads, duck confit, Peruvian ceviche, roasted turkey, prime rib, salmon, lamb shank and ribs. For dessert the choices include pumpkin cheesecake, tiramisu, bread pudding or autumn crisp. Adults are $45 and children are $15. Details: 408-354-8118.
