Meditators from different walks of life share how they integrated meditation practices into their daily lives.
The speaker series is an opportunity to hear different angles to meditation from five meditators who are accomplished in their own fields. Each of them will share their perceptions about what meditation was before starting to meditate, what challenges they had to face to make meditation a part of their daily routine and what benefits kept them motivated initially. It is sure to strike a sympathetic note with the audience. Their sharing about how the practice of meditation has changed them personally will surely motivate any spiritual seeker.
Speakers are proficient in the field of meditation and are certified instructors of meditation. They can clarify doubts about different types of meditation practices. They will also lead a guided meditation session during the talk.
