Military, Veterans Get In Free This Memorial Day To California's Great America

If you plan to visit California’s Great America in Santa Clara on Memorial Day, here’s what to expect:

All current or past U.S. military members (with ID), including veterans, get free admission and can bring up to six guests for $19.99 each.
On Memorial Day, two World War II vets will be honored with a Color Guard presentation at 9:45 a.m. before the park opens.

The park is hosting on Monday an all-you-can-eat Memorial Day BBQ for $15.99 per person plus tax. Purchase meal tickets here.
Boomerang Bay is open with its wave pool, lazy river and water rides.
The park will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
NOTE FROM THE PARK: *Maximim of six (6) discount admission tickets per Military Personnel per day of the promotion. Tickets can be purchased at any open ticket booth. Present your valid Military I.D. to purchase tickets. Discount admission ticket valid on day of distribution only. Valid for general admission only which includes use of all rides and attractions in operation on day of use, excluding pay-per-play experiences and concerts/special events.
