Wine Bar 107 to open Thursday on historic winery's grounds.

’s Rob and Diana Jensen have announced the opening of Wine Bar 107, an al fresco gathering place at their winery in the heart of town located at 300 College Ave.

Wine Bar 107’s grand-opening is scheduled for Thursday with music and special releases, according to the Jensens.

The “107” designation refers to the site’s early, official bonded winery number—where wine has been produced continuously since 1888.

“This is something entirely new, entirely different from our educational tasting room experience. Folks can relax outdoors in the historic ambience over a glass or bottle, with friends, and unwind from the stress of the day,” Diana Jensen said.

Wine Bar 107 will be open 3-7 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays and 1-7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting.

The new establishment will join popular wine bar Enoteca La Storia at the Los Gatos Shopping Center on North Santa Cruz Avenue, and new wine and beer bar Rootstock, also located on North Santa Cruz Avenue, near
