This class is being co-taught by Dr. Neal Scott, cardiologist, who has a passion for healthy, delicious food and the El Camino Hospital Executive Chef Jacques Wilson. They will be talking about the benefits of a healthy diet in regards to preventing a primary or secondary cancer as well as discussing what foods can help you during treatment. They will be hosting a demonstration and providing a tasting.
