Parent Child Nutrition Survey At Los Gatos Unified School District

We are asking for your feedback on our school meal program.

Our goal is to provide high quality, appealing meals that accommodate special needs and create a financially sustainable meal program. Currently the meal program is operating at a deficit because of low participation. Help us understand what changes we can make to increase your participation in the program. Even if the meal program has not been for your family, your participation in the survey will help us improve. Please take a few moments to respond.
