On Wednesday, Feb. 26, the planning commission will consider amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the town code to align with new state law regarding accessory dwelling units.

The amendments include substantive changes related to the minimum number, size and location of accessory dwelling units allowed on a lot with a primary dwelling.
The town seeks public input on the proposed amendments.

The meeting agenda will be published no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21. Once published, you may view the agenda and related staff report on the Town website.
The community is welcome to submit written comments to Sally Zarnowitz at szarnowitz@losgatosca.gov. Written comments received before 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, will be forwarded to the planning commission. The public is encouraged to attend the Feb. 26 planning commission meeting at 7 p.m.
