South Bay Homicide Probed

There were no known suspects in the San Jose's 42nd reported homicide this year as of Sunday night. The case is under investigation.

SAN JOSE, CA — The victim of a South Bay stabbing Sunday night has died, San Jose police said.

Police were called at around 7:45 p.m. Sunday to a stabbing in the 400 block of North Capitol Avenue, near the Interstate Highway 680/McKee Road interchange near the Alum Rock neighborhood.

There were no known suspects in the South Bay city’s 42nd reported homicide this year as of Sunday night. The case is under investigation.
