Sunnyvale Patient With Suspected Coronavirus Contact Dies: Report

The patient had been aboard a cruise ship with two passengers suspected of being infected with the virus.

SUNNYVALE, CA — A 72-year-old person who was aboard a cruise ship with passengers thought to have been infected with the coronavirus has died, NBC Bay Area Reports.

The report cites the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety, which said the patient died on Thursday.

Police performed CPR on the patient, who was unconscious and not breathing, the report said.
