Town Of Los Gatos: 110 Wood Road Environmental Impact Report Scoping Meeting - February 25

As the Lead Agency, the Town of Los Gatos will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Planned Development Application PD-20-001 located at 110 Wood Road.

The application is for approval of a Planned Development for a senior living community and removal of large protected trees on property zoned R:PD. The Town is requesting comments regarding the scope and content of the environmental information to be addressed in the EIR.

Comments on the NOP may be submitted in writing to Jocelyn Shoopman, Associate Planner and Sean Mullin, Associate Planner, Town of Los Gatos Community Development Department, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2021 via email to JShoopman@losgatosca.gov and SMullin@losgatosca.gov
