Town Of Los Gatos: Construction On Los Gatos Blvd (Between Lark Ave & Walker St) Through November

The North 40 development continues with the ongoing construction of off-site public improvements on both Los Gatos Boulevard and Lark Avenue, along with the associated construction of the residential units and Market Hall parking garage.

As of July 26th, construction of the center median on Los Gatos Boulevard between Lark Avenue and Walker Street has commenced.  

The work is expected to continue through the month of November. 

Message boards were placed to inform motorists and the community of the construction as lane closures within both northbound and southbound Los Gatos Boulevard are expected during this period.  

Parks and Public Works staff will continue to coordinate with both the developer and their contractors to ensure that the approved traffic control plans are followed and to address any issues or concerns that occur during the aforementioned construction period.
