The Town is updating the General Plan and invites the public to participate in the process. As the Lead Agency, the Town of Los Gatos will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the General Plan Update and is requesting comments regarding the scope and content of the environmental information to be addressed in the EIR.
A Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the General Plan Update EIR has been prepared and is available online at www.losgatos2040.com. Comments on the NOP may be submitted in writing to Jennifer Armer, Senior Planner, Town of Los Gatos Community Development Department, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020 via email to JArmer@losgatosca.gov.
