Westfield Announces Santa Clara County Mall Reopenings

Westfield Valley Fair and Westfield Oakridge will reopen Monday with modified hours, mandated health and safety protocols.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — Westfield Valley Fair and Westfield Oakridge will reopen Monday with modified hours, mandated health and safety protocols, the parent company said Friday in a news release.

The South Bay malls will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, during the initial reopening phase.

Westfield said the malls will follow CDC guidelines that include the increased cleaning of high-touch areas such as restrooms, dining areas and water fountains and will enforce social distancing guidelines and mask requirements.

“We are working closely with county officials and other relevant community groups to ensure a healthy, clean and safe environment for our customers, tenants and employees; and are committed to providing the best experience possible as business begins to operate at the centers,” Westfield spokeswoman Leah Heil said.
