The town's electronic business newsletter, e-BizBullet, came out last week and it contained a small blurb about , 20 So. Santa Cruz Ave., having four suites available.

The newsletter stated the "immaculately maintained property," across from Town Plaza Park, features amenities such as free on-site valet parking, public parking lots and building signage and it said the Cassidy Turley commercial real estate services company is in charge of leasing the four locations.

It also listed the names and phone numbers for listing brokers Erik Hallgrimson, 408-615-3435 and Maryanna McSwain, 408-615-3446.

With such close proximity to other downtown shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and the post office, we wondered what you think is needed in what the recognized in 2006 with the "Beautiful Building Award."

Three of the four suites available are spaces 101, 111, 105. The rental rate for all three is $2.50 per square foot per month, according to a brochure by the real estate company.

In March we announced that Satellite Telework Centers is opening its third flexible workspace in suite 300.
